Our customizable wooden sign is the perfect gift for a new home owner.  There is an option to add and Established date at the bottom of the sign. If a date is not provided, then your sign will just include the 2 lines that say,"Home Sweet Home". This item can come unpainted so you can finish the product however you like, or you can select painted and we will paint the front and sides with 2 coats of paint with light sanding between coats for a smooth finish.
 
Our painted wood products are painted on the front and the sides. The back of your piece will be unpainted.
No hanging hardware is included.
